Chapter 03
A coupon is a set of numbers: the amount, the stake target, the games that count, and the most you can cash out. Work those out before you redeem.

The homepage tile still linked to the promotions article that names coupon SSFR400. Stake target and cash-out cap are in the section below. Confirm the coupon in the cashier.

The homepage says new players in 2026 can receive 200% up to R1,000. It does not print a coupon code for that line.

The page title advertises R8,888. The promotions terms set the deposit minimum, the three-deposit limit, and the ten-times stake rule. Those terms are quoted further down.
Three public pages carry the offers below. The homepage still showed a no-deposit tile of R400, a 2026 signup line of 200% up to R1,000, and an R8,888 welcome bonus in the title. The R400 tile linked to a promotions article that names a coupon. The promotions terms set the rules for the R8,888 sign-up bonus and for free coupons in general.
The operator's FAQ says it is not responsible for codes found outside its website and its newsletter. A code on this page may have expired by the time you read it. Redeem a coupon only when the cashier still lists it, and follow the wording shown there. The terms also say offers can change without notice.
The article linked from the homepage names coupon SSFR400 and says the account is credited with R400 after you log in and enter that code. It says the offer is once per registered player, cannot be combined with another SilverSands promotion, and requires a zero balance and no pending withdrawal.
Wagering on that article is sixty times the bonus. On R400, sixty times is R24,000 in stakes. The article's own sum is the same: 60 times R400 equals R24,000 before a cash-out request. The maximum cash-out is twice the bonus, so R800. Anything above that cap is not payable.
Blackjack and video poker count at half. A R100 stake on either of those contributes R50 toward the target. The article excludes roulette, pontoon, bingo, craps, war and baccarat. It also says all open games must be closed before you switch titles.
Ten named slots are barred from the free-chip promotion. They are Ronin: Quest of Honor; also Cash Chalet; also Escape the North. The list continues with Mask of the Golden Sphinx and Sneaky Santa. It also names Merlin's Riches and Shelltastic Wins. The last three on the article are Doragon's Gems, Fortunes of Olympus, and Sweet 16 Blast.
You cannot redeem free bonuses back to back. If you have already taken one no-deposit bonus, including a comp-point redemption, the article and the terms both require a real-money deposit before another free bonus will qualify.
The homepage, read on 16 October 2026, says new players in 2026 can get a 200% bonus up to R1,000. The same page's title advertises an R8,888 welcome bonus. The homepage does not print a coupon code next to either figure. This handbook does not invent one.
The promotions terms describe an R8,888 sign-up bonus with these conditions:
The homepage also shows a first-deposit cash-back tile at 100% on a deposit of R200, R500 or R1,000. The general cash-back rules on the terms page say cash-back credits must be wagered at least ten times, the cash-out is capped at double the cash-back amount, and the account needs a balance under R1 with no pending withdrawal. Confirm on the tile in the cashier which of those rules the current cash-back uses.
For a deposit coupon, the terms say the deposit and the bonus together move into the bonus balance. That amount cannot be withdrawn until the stake target for that coupon is met. It then moves to the withdrawable balance. You cannot redeem a further coupon while a bonus balance is still open, unless that balance has returned to zero.
Wagering counts the stake, not the prize. The FAQ's definition: a R1 stake that wins nothing counts as R1, and a R1 stake that wins R100 still counts as R1.
Comp points are separate from coupons but follow the free-bonus rules once you convert them. The FAQ says every R2 staked earns 1 point, and 500 points exchange for R1. Redeem them from the cashier's account tab, or, on a phone, by tapping the balance. Winnings from that exchange are treated as free bonus credits.
On 16 October 2026 the homepage still showed a tile for R400 with no deposit required, and that tile linked to the promotions article which names coupon SSFR400. Offers can change without notice, and the operator warns that outside codes may be expired. Confirm the coupon inside the cashier before you rely on it.
The article linked from the homepage sets wagering at 60 times the bonus. For R400 that is R24,000 in stakes. The maximum cash-out on that article is twice the bonus, which is R800. You need a zero balance and no pending withdrawal, and the offer is once per player.
The homepage advertises a 200% bonus up to R1,000 for new players in 2026, and the page title advertises an R8,888 welcome bonus. It does not print a coupon code for that signup offer. Do not use a code from somewhere else unless the cashier lists it.
The promotions terms exclude blackjack, video poker, roulette, pontoon, bingo, craps, war, sic-bo, baccarat and crash games. Stakes on those titles do not complete the ten-times playthrough on the deposit plus the bonus.
