Terms
Terms of use
These terms cover the use of this handbook. They are not the casino's terms, and they do not open a gambling account.
What you are reading
The handbook explains published rules for SilverSands Casino in plain language for adult readers in South Africa. It is produced by the editorial team of this site. It is not produced by Paxson Marketing Ltd and it does not accept bets.
You must be 18 or older to use the guide as a player. The operator sets the same floor, and a higher local age overrides it.
No promise that play is lawful for you
The operator's card page says you should take part only if it is legal where you are connecting from or where you live, and that the operator does not give legal advice. This handbook takes the same position. Nothing here is a legal opinion, a financial recommendation, or a statement that you will win.
Offers and accuracy
Figures are tied to the operator pages we read on 16 October 2026. The operator says offers can change without notice, and that outside coupon codes may be expired. The cashier text on the day you play is the version that binds your account. We will correct a chapter when a reader shows us that a cited page has changed.
Sponsored links
Lobby links are affiliate links. A registration through them may earn this site a fee from the operator. The fee is not added to your deposit. You have no obligation to use the links.
Limits
Gambling losses are a matter between you and the operator under the operator's terms. To the extent the law allows, the handbook's editorial team is not liable for decisions you make at the cashier, for an offer that has changed, or for time the site is unavailable.
Our text is published for reading on this site. The SilverSands name and the operator's game names belong to their owners. We use them to identify the product the chapters describe.
Notices
Notices about these terms go to hello@seomighty.com. Account disputes go to the operator, using the contact route on its own site.
