Move money through the cashier
Deposit from the methods the operator publishes, then request a withdrawal only after a real-money deposit, finished wagering, and the identity check.
Methods listed on the banking menu
On 16 October 2026 the banking menu listed credit cards, cash deposits and internet bank transfers, Neteller, EcoPayz, crypto, and cash-out. This handbook does not add methods that were not on that menu.

The card page says transactions use SSL. That protects the payment while it is in transit. It does not change bonus rules or guarantee a withdrawal.
A deposit while a withdrawal is pending
The FAQ allows another deposit during a pending withdrawal only by bank wire: a normal electronic transfer to the details in the cashier, with your username as the reference, and the proof emailed so the account can be credited. The minimum stated for that case is R50. Do not assume a card payment will be accepted for this situation. The FAQ limits the instruction to the bank-wire route.
How the two timing statements fit together
The cash-out page says pending withdrawals are processed in two working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Its example: a Monday request is processed on Wednesday; a Thursday request waits until the following Monday because the second working day would fall on a Saturday.
The FAQ is more specific. It says processing takes two full working days excluding the day of the request, weekends and public holidays, and that the bank transfer can then take up to three further working days to show. The cash-out page also says some transfers take up to 72 hours to appear on a statement. Plan for the longer of those descriptions, and keep the proof of the request.

Log in and open the cashier deposit tab
The banking pages tell you to open the lobby, log in, and use the Cashier button, then the Deposit tab. Choose the method there rather than sending money to an account number you found elsewhere.

Match the method to the coupon, if you are using one
The FAQ says some coupons redeem only when the deposit uses a specified method, a sufficient amount, and you have not already used the coupon as many times as it allows. Read that note before you pay.

Pay by card if that is the method you chose
Enter the Visa or Mastercard in the cashier. The operator says a successful card deposit is credited immediately in rand, and the statement narrative is Paxson. You will also get an email notification.

Pay by transfer if that is the method you chose
Copy the banking details from the cashier, put your username in the reference, and email the successful-transaction confirmation to accounts@silversandscasino.com. The minimum on the transfer page is R50. Do not send a cheque.

Pay by crypto if that is the method you chose
Select Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin or Ethereum, confirm the rand amount and the exchange rate, and pay the address from your wallet. Use the status check if the credit does not arrive on its own. Later withdrawals cannot exceed what you deposited in crypto.

Send proof if the balance does not update
The FAQ asks for a PDF proof of payment from your online banking, sent to support@silversandscasino.com, so the credit can be applied manually if it is missing.

Cash out only after a real-money deposit, finished wagering, and the documents the operator asks for.

Check that a real-money deposit is on the account
The terms say players who have never made a real-money deposit do not qualify for a cash-out. A balance built only from free chips is not cashable and can be voided.

Finish the wagering on any open coupon
Until the playthrough is done, the FAQ says winnings stay in the bonus balance and the withdrawable balance shows R0. The minimum withdrawal in that FAQ is R200. The bonuses chapter explains how the stake target is calculated.

Send identity documents on the first cash-out
The cash-out page asks for a passport, identity document or driver's licence once, so the payment goes to you. If you deposited by card, also complete the card-verification form. You may cover the CVV and the middle eight digits, and enter the card as the first four and last four digits with the middle hidden.

Request payment to your own South African account
The cash-out page says withdrawals are processed to personal cheque or savings accounts in South Africa. Use an account in your own name. Bank transfer is described as the usual route.

Allow the processing window and the bank's own delay
Count two working days for the operator, excluding the request day, weekends and public holidays, then allow up to three further working days, or up to 72 hours, for the transfer to show. Jackpot and bonus-credit winnings are paid at R10,000 a week. Amounts up to R100,000 are paid inside two working days, and further winnings in the same month are paid at R100,000 a week.

What is the minimum deposit?
The internet-transfer page sets R50 as the minimum for a cash deposit or an internet bank transfer. The promotions terms also require a minimum deposit of R50 to redeem a deposit coupon. The card page we read did not publish a different card minimum, so use the amount the cashier requests.
Why does the cashier show a balance and also show R0?
The FAQ says that after a coupon is redeemed, winnings sit in the bonus balance until wagering is complete. The withdrawable balance stays at R0 until then, and only the withdrawable balance can be cashed out.
Where do withdrawal payments go?
The cash-out page says payments go to personal cheque or savings accounts in South Africa. The first request needs proof of identity. Card depositors also return a card-verification form before payout.
