Use the phone browser, not a store app
The operator publishes instant play, a download for the computer, and a mobile lobby. The phone route we could verify is the browser lobby.
What the operator actually publishes
The lobby navigation includes Instant Play, Free Download and Mobile. The card-deposit instructions tell you to open the casino program on your computer, which is the download client. On 16 October 2026 the instant-play and mobile addresses loaded as browser lobbies. We did not find a listing for an Apple App Store app or a Google Play app on the pages we read. A home-screen icon, if you add one, is a bookmark to the site.
Password resets on a small screen
If you reset a password on the phone, leave the login page open while you read the email. The FAQ says a refresh or a closed tab kills the code. Type the code in small letters, including the first letter. The replacement password is 6 to 15 characters of letters and digits only. Switching apps to read mail is fine. Reloading the casino tab is not.

Both are browser lobbies. Pick one, choose a category that matches your coupon, and stay in that game until the spin or the hand finishes.

Keep the connection until the result shows
A dropped connection can leave a spin unfinished. Do not start a second game while the first result is missing.

Clear the stuck spin if it will not finish
The FAQ says to clear cookies and temporary files, restart the device, and try again, or try another device. If support has to end the spin, any free spins still attached to it are cancelled.

Add a home-screen bookmark only if you want a shortcut
On Android Chrome, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen. On iPhone Safari, use the Share sheet and choose Add to Home Screen. The icon opens the site. It does not install a separate app, and it does not change bonus rules.
