Chapter 06
Glossary
These definitions match the way the words are used in the other chapters. Where a figure comes from the operator, the entry says so.
Entries
- Bonus balance
- The portion of the account that is still tied to a coupon. The terms say a deposit plus its bonus sits here until the stake target is met. It is not the amount you can withdraw.
- Withdrawable balance
- The portion the cashier will pay out. The FAQ says this stays at R0 while a coupon's wagering is unfinished, even if the bonus balance shows a larger number.
- Wagering
- The total of stakes placed, also called playthrough. The FAQ says a stake counts whether the bet wins or loses, and the prize does not increase the amount counted. A R1 stake counts as R1 even if it wins R100.
- Coupon
- A code entered in the cashier to claim a published offer. The operator says a code found outside its site and its newsletter may be expired or may never have been issued. The coupons area shows the rules that apply when you request it.
- No-deposit coupon
- A coupon that credits the account without a purchase. The general terms cap the cash-out at double the bonus and set wagering at 60 times the amount received. The R400 article applies those rates to a R400 credit: R24,000 in stakes and an R800 cash-out cap.
- Maximum cash-out
- The most the operator will pay from a given bonus. Above that figure, the terms say the extra is not cashable and is removed. For a free coupon the general cap is double the bonus.
- Comp point
- A loyalty point. The FAQ awards 1 point for every R2 staked and exchanges 500 points for R1. Once converted, the winnings are treated as free bonus credits, with the same rules as a no-deposit coupon.
- Cashier
- The account area where you deposit, request a withdrawal, redeem a coupon, and convert comp points. The banking pages tell you to open it from the lobby after you log in.
- Instant play
- The browser lobby. No software install is required. It is separate from the download client, which the card instructions describe as a program you open on a computer.
- Payment reference
- The text you put on a bank transfer so the operator can match it. The transfer page says to use your username. A transfer without that reference is harder to credit.
- Card verification
- A signed form required before a payout if you deposited by card. The FAQ says you may hide the CVV and the middle eight digits of the card number.
- Household rule
- The promotions terms limit a free-chip coupon to one redemption per player and household. A second account in the same household that redeems the coupon can have its funds voided.
- Excluded game
- A title whose stakes do not count toward a stated coupon. The sign-up terms exclude a set of table games, video poker and crash games. The R400 article excludes another set and counts blackjack and video poker at half.
- Progressive jackpot
- A prize pool that grows with play until someone wins it. The homepage listed six by name on 16 October 2026. Jackpot winnings from bonus credits are paid at R10,000 a week under the terms.
- Cooling-off
- A short lock on the account. The operator's responsible gambling page offers a minimum of seven days. During a cooling-off or a self-exclusion the account stays locked, and the operator says promotional material stops.
- Self-exclusion
- A longer lock. The operator offers a minimum of six months on its own account. That is separate from the South African self-exclusion process run through provincial gambling boards, which is described by the National Responsible Gambling Programme.
